ELDAR GARDEN RESORT HOTEL

If I could give a zero I would !!! Total disappointment! Let me begin with the rooms! awful ! We booked three rooms with my parents and my brother’s family, all the three rooms were disgusting ! Toilets awful! they were not even cleaned ! Bedsheets were dirty with stain! All the towels were stained! Safe was not working and it was rusted! When we complained to the reception they said you booked economy! We told them does economy mean dirty ? Not clean ? ( they could not speak proper English or German, they only speak Russian and Turkish ) there is a fake telephone in the room, it does not work, so if you want something you need to go to the receptionist which is a long way! There is no internet in the rooms or in the pool area you should sit in the front lobby to have internet and again when we complained they said yeah this how it is !!! The food is the worst that I have ever had in my whole life ! There are only two items that we could eat! Breakfast lunch and dinner not good at all, everything is really low quality! For coffee, there is no real coffee! They have instant coffee machines which again doesn’t taste good. The liquors are awful they taste like gasoline, the cheapest version. Wine tasted so bad I only took a sip ! Everything is really low quality and bad ! AC in my room was on all the time because we didn’t have a remote control! In my parents room, the AC is dripping on their bed and they do nothing about it! They had to move the bed so it doesn’t get wet! The receptionist are not attentive at all rude people and not nice, they are trying their minimum to meet your needs. One very important point about this hotel is that we booked it under the name of Armas but it turned out to be Eldar!! Don’t book with this hotel! Don’t waste your money and ruin your holidays!

I don't recommend this hotel. the staff is irresponsible. changed the room 3 days, the transfer ordered in advance in the amount of 60 dollars did not arrive and the money is not returned. the food was delicious, but our friends got food poisoning. the quality of the rooms is very poor, design is outdated and rooms are dirty. If they had market it with 3 stars and not 4, then there would have been no questions.

I think that 3 stars is enough. This is a nice hotel, but there are minor flaws that kill the pleasure of the hotel 1- Internet service is very bad 2- The elevators are very slow and don't respond so many times I had to use the stairs 3-Being a Muslim and an Arab, I felt some hidden racism towards the hotel staff, not all of them, but some of them 4-[There is a big problem with the cooling devices for the rooms, which do not cool the room well. In addition, there are unpleasant odors in the rooms]*** In the end, the hotel is good, but not the best

The hotel is not bad, the food is not that different every day, but it is tasty. On the beach, the sunbeds are placed too tightly, there is very little space. Cleaning sometimes not that good. Only the presence of russians shouting their songs till half of the night under loud music overshadows all the positives. I don't understand why music and most of the animation is done specifically for this "tourists", it's frankly unnerving.

Maybe not the most luxurious hotel in the area, but price to quality ratio is great. Food was really good, with a good amount of variety. Though it gets busy, especially for dinner, so additional tables could come in handy. Hotel beach is nearby, but the sea was dirty in the afternoon. On the plus side, the snacks on the beach are included in the price. On the negative sides, we were in the fifth block, and the furniture was really old and could be refurnished. The bed was comfortable, though. Wifi is not the strongest, especially in the rooms, so you could have hard time connecting to the internet. All in all, a family oriented hotel with nice food and decent amenities.

The hotel was so dirty , the stuff working in the reception were so rude and racist , i got stolen and when i asked them to open the camera they said that they are not working , they didn’t clean the room for 3 days , and there is no animations or any activities , the elevator is not even working , there is no room service and the food is disgusting ,i don’t advice anyone to pay even 100tl for this hotel .
